Terms and Conditions
1. Vehicle ownership does not pass to buyer until all money is paid in full or transfer is cleared.
2. I declare that I am the buyer of the vehicle at the stated price and agreed terms and conditions.
3. I acknowledge that there is no warranty provided with this car.
4. I confirm that I am purchasing the vehicle as seen, there is no returns and no refund policy.
5. Upon conclusion of the trade bidding the original owners of each vehicle that have entered these vehicles into auction will be given the highest price for their vehicle.
6. It is entirely at the original owner's discretion whether or not to accept the highest bid for their vehicle whether reserve or guide is met or not.
7. Upon agreement of accepting the highest bid, the highest bidder will then be informed on the following Monday of the trade bidding that they are the successful bidder and to pay the full amount bid within 24hrs.
8. Before selling, bidding for, or buying any vehicle it is important that these terms and conditions be read.
9. All parties agree to accept these terms and conditions as binding on them and all vehicles are sold subject thereto unless otherwise agreed in writing by Merry's Garage Ltd - Trading as Tradecars.ie
10. No vehicle shall be deemed to have been accepted for sale in the trade bidding unless and until the party selling the vehicle shall have registration documents.
11. Tradecars.ie reserves the right to refuse to accept any vehicle into its auction.
12. No warranties are given by Tradecars.ie whether as agents or otherwise as to the condition, mileage, or description of the vehicle.
13. Where a Vendor books a vehicle into trade bidding for sale and then withdraws the vehicle within 12 hours prior to the bidding taking place, the Vendor will be charged Euro300.00 withdrawal fee.
